L’ingrédient principal est la damiana : c’est un nervin, c'est-à-dire un actif qui agit le système nerveux, détend et aide à la relaxation. L’infusion Désir se déguste chaude ou froide. Comptez 2gr d’infusion pour une tasse (environ 200ml), puis laissez-la infuser pendant 10 min avec une eau à 90 degrés (portez-la à ébullition, puis attendez 5 min). À consommer le matin, dans l’après-midi ou dans la soirée.

Le dosage, le choix des plantes, leurs propriétés, le goût juste : cette infusion a été créée en collaboration avec une phytothérapeute-herbaliste. We’re glad you asked! Damiana is the key to Désir. It was already used thousands of years ago by the mayas for its aphrodisiac properties. It is a nervin: it helps restore the nervous system, brings calm back and has anxiolytic effects. It can be (super) slighty euphoriant and increase blood flow, including in the pelvic area. Just what your libido needs to wake up.

Hot or cold, depending on your mood. Just used 2 grams in a cup of 200 ml. Let it infuse for 10 min in 90°C water (just wait for 5 min after boiling it).If you want to enjoy it in an iced version, leave it for a night (8 hours or more) in the fridge. In any case, don’t forget to close the bag and store in a cool and dry place.

If you prefer a fresh infusion, let it sit for a few hours, ideally overnight in room temperature water or in a cool place. After preparing your cup, remember to close the bag tightly and store it in a dry place away from heat.
