Excellent question! Damiana is the star of the Désir infusion. Thousands of years ago, this plant was already used by the Mayans for its aphrodisiac properties. It is a nervine, meaning it restores the nervous system, helps relaxation and is anxiolytic. It can have a slightly hypnotic/euphoric effect and improves mood. It stimulates blood circulation - particularly in the pelvic region - and thus restores sexual vitality and libido.

It all depends on your mood. It can be enjoyed hot or cold. Count 2gr of infusion for a cup (about 200ml), then let it infuse for 10 min with water at 90 degrees (bring to the boil, then wait 5 min).

If you prefer a fresh infusion, let it stand for a few hours, ideally overnight, in water at room temperature or in a cool place. After preparing your cup, remember to reseal the sachet and store it in a dry place away from heat.
