Delivery in France :
In France, we deliver to Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra, Corsica and the French overseas territories. Please note that delivery times are indicative and non-contractual.
Delivery in mainland France is :
- set at 4.90€ for Colissimo home delivery in 3 to 4 business days
- fixed at 3.90€ in a relay point within 3 to 4 business days.
- free on orders of 49€ and over.

How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent in the order shipping confirmation email (with a few kind words, as a bonus). You will be notified by email of the progress of your delivery.
If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder and/or contact us by email.
Returns & refunds
Would you like to return a product? No problem!
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it → Click on the withdrawal form and fill it in (it is also accessible in the footer of the website).
- Your order has already been shipped or received → Go to your customer account and select "Return items" for the relevant order, or fill in the withdrawal form directly.
- You wish to make an exchange → Go to your customer account and select "Return items" for the relevant order, or fill in the withdrawal form directly. Then, write to hello@mylubie.com, providing your order number and the product you would like to receive in exchange.
Your request will then be processed by the My Lubie customer service team.
The return of the product is carried out at the Customer's own risk. If the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged during the return, My Lubie reserves the right to refuse the refund of the returned item(s).
In accordance with the Consumer Code and hygiene and health standards, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is opened or damaged. To be accepted, the returned item must be unused, in its original condition and in its intact packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether it has been accepted or refused. If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible.
