Delivery in France :

In France, we deliver to Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra, Corsica and the French overseas territories. Please note that delivery times are indicative and non-contractual.
Delivery in mainland France is :
- set at 4.90€ for Colissimo home delivery
- fixed at 3.90€ in a relay point within 3 to 5 working days.
- free on orders of 49€ and over.
Delivery to French overseas territories :
- fixed at 7.90€ by Colissimo delivery in 4-8 working days (zone 1*).
- fixed at 9.90€ in Colissimo delivery in 4-8 working days (zone 2**).
- free for orders of 49€ or more.
*zone 1: Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin.
**zone 2: New Caledonia, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Wallis and Futuna.
Delivery in Europe :
Delivery in Europe varies between 4.90€ and 9.90€, and from 2 to 8 working days depending on the zone.
- in Zone 1* :
Standard International - 2 to 8 working days at 4.90€.
Free delivery on purchases of 49€ and over in 4-8 working days.
- in Zone 2** :
Colissimo delivery in 4-8 working days for 6.90€.
Free for orders of 49€ and over within 4-8 working days.
- in Zone 3*** :
Colissimo delivery in 4-5 working days for 8.90€.
- in Zone 4**** :
Colissimo delivery in 4-5 working days for 9.90€.
*Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
**zone 2: Austria, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Italy

How do I get my tracking number? :
Your tracking number will be sent in the order confirmation email (with a few kind words, as a bonus). You will be notified by e-mail of the progress of the delivery.
If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder and/or contact us by email.
Returns & refunds
Would you like to return a product? No problem!
You'll need to specify: the order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a refund request by sending an email to hello@mylubie.com.
This request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of the Order. The product must not have been opened or used. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
