Delivery in France :

 In France, we deliver in Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra, Corsica, and in the overseas territories. Please note that delivery times are indicative and non-contractual.
 
The delivery in France is :
- fixed at €3.90 by Colissimo home delivery or point relais in 3 to 5 working days.
- free on purchases of €49 or more, incl. VAT.
 
Delivery in the overseas territories :
- fixed at €7.90 with Colissimo delivery in 4-8 working days (zone 1*).
- set at €9.90 for Colissimo delivery in 4-8 working days (zone 2**).
- free on purchases of €49 or more, incl. VAT.
 
*Zone 1: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin
**Zone 2: New Caledonia, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Wallis and Futuna
    
Delivery in Europe:
 
Delivery in Europe varies between 4,90€ and 9,90€, and from 2 to 8 working days depending on the zone.
- in Zone 1* :
Standard International - 2 to 8 business days at €4.90.
Free on orders of €49 or more, including VAT, within 4-8 working days.
- in Zone 2** : 
Colissimo delivery in 4-8 working days for €6.90.
Free on orders of €49 or more, including VAT, within 4-8 working days.
- in Zone 3*** : 
Colissimo delivery in 4-5 working days for €8.90.
- in Zone 4**** : 
Colissimo delivery in 4-5 working days for €9.90.

**zone 2: Austria, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Italy

How to get my tracking number ? :
Your tracking number will be sent in the order shipping confirmation email (with a couple of kind words, as a bonus). You will be notified by email of the progress of the delivery.
If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder and/or contact us by email.
   
  
Returns & Refunds
You want to return a product? No problem!
You will need to specify: the order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a refund request by sending an email to [email protected]
This request must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery of the Order. The product must not have been opened or used. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
