Delivery in France :

In France, we deliver to Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra, Corsica and the French overseas territories. Please note that delivery times are indicative and non-contractual.
Delivery in mainland France is :
- set at 4.90€ for Colissimo home delivery
- fixed at 3.90€ in a relay point within 3 to 5 working days.
- free on orders of 49€ and over.
Delivery to French overseas territories :

- Zone 1 (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin):

Colissimo home delivery in 15–20 business days for €15

- Zone 2 (New Caledonia, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Wallis and Futuna):

Colissimo home delivery in 15–20 business days for €19.50

Delivery in Europe :

Delivery across Europe ranges from €4 to €11, within 4 to 6 business days. Please note that the delivery times indicated are estimates and are not contractually binding.

Zone 1 (Belgium, Luxembourg): Shop2Shop pickup point at €4, free from €49 purchase incl. VAT. Home delivery via Chrono Classic at €5.90.

Zone 2 (Germany, Netherlands): Shop2Shop pickup point in 4-6 business days at €4.90, free from €49 purchase incl. VAT. Home delivery via Chrono Classic in 4-6 business days at €5.90.

Zone 3 (Italy, Spain, Portugal): Shop2Shop pickup point in 4-6 business days at €4.90, free from €49 purchase incl. VAT. Home delivery via Chrono Classic in 4-6 business days at €7.80.

Zone 4 (Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, United Kingdom, Sweden): Home delivery via Chrono Classic in 4-6 business days at €7.80.

Zone 5 (Norway, Switzerland): Home delivery via Chrono Classic in 4-6 business days at €9.10.

Zone 6 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia): Home delivery via Chrono Classic in 4-6 business days at €11.

How do I get my tracking number? :
Your tracking number will be sent in the order confirmation email (with a few kind words, as a bonus). You will be notified by e-mail of the progress of the delivery.
If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder and/or contact us by email.

Returns & refunds
Would you like to return a product? No problem!
You'll need to specify: the order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a refund request by sending an email to hello@mylubie.com.
This request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of the Order. The product must not have been opened or used. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
