About My Lubie products
And what makes our products differents.
Behind every product is a network of experts who advise us. We only work with specialized laboratories, to co-develop intimate products that are respectful of your skin, your mucous membranes and the environment.we favor local manufacturing, by seeking out specific know-how: the water-based lubricant is made by a French laboratory specialized in intimate care; the CBD intimate oil is produced by a French laboratory specialized in CBD, etc.
We make sure that all allergens, endocrine disruptors and other controversial substances stay out of our formulas. When developing a product, we test different formulas with our community to choose the most pleasant texture and the most effective dosage. Then comes the testing phase, which is essential before we put our products on the market: from a dermatological, gynecological, use and compatibility point of view... Everything has to be perfect.
Our products are never tested on animals. We prefer to leave them out of it! We've also opted for vegan formulations: you may find milk casein or other animal substances in other condoms and lubricants on the market. At My Lubie, we do without!
Minute pride: water-based lubricant, intimate oil and intimate wipes are rated"Excellent" on Yuka. By banning all controversial products from our ingredient lists and preferring natural active ingredients, we guarantee clean products that respect your intimacy.
As a medical device, condoms are not listed on Yuka. But their product sheet is perfectly transparent, to guide you better!
We always give priority to local manufacturing:
- Lubricant, CBD intimate oil, body oil and intimate wipes are made in France.
- Condoms are made in a family business in Germany - no company produces them in France, and our German neighbors are the specialists. We're very proud to keep production in Europe.
At present, our Dune and Aura accessories are made in China - and not for lack of looking for a French partner to help us create them. Their motor, components, charger... Everything has been manufactured locally to avoid any additional carbon impact, with a trusted manufacturer specializing in intimate products. We're keeping an eye on the market, and will be looking to move closer to France if the opportunity arises.
We avoid adding perfume: lubricant, CBD intimate oil, condoms and wipes have only the faint scent of their natural ingredients.
About using them and sexploration
Rule #1 : never be afraid to ask anything about sex.
Here's a (non-exhaustive!) list of reasons why our lubricant is the ally of your sex life:
- it makes masturbation and caressing much more pleasant
- it makes rubbing less painful for people with sensitive clitorises or frenums
- it's essential for anal intercourse, as the anal mucosa is not lubricated
- even if you wet a lot, adding more lubricant increases sensations and makes pleasure easier to achieve!
- Saliva doesn't lubricate (contrary to popular belief), but above all promotes the transmission of STIs. Lubricant is much more pleasant than saliva, which dries out the intimate parts.
- When using condoms, the main reason for breakage is lack of lubrication. Adding water-based lubricant makes condoms more resistant, safer and more pleasant.
- It makes vibrating accessories and dildos much, much more fun.
- lubricant is also an ally for large penises, for the pleasure of their partners!
We've formulated our lubricant to minimize any reaction. For the record, Anne, founder of My Lubie, created the brand following a bad reaction to a strawberry-scented lubricant that was really unhealthy for the body and intimate parts.
If you've already had reactions, you can try the lubricant as a sample (sample duo at 2€ here) to avoid paying the price of a 75ml or 150ml lubricant and test it out before adopting it. But I promise, everything's been done to make it 100% comfortable!

CBD intimate oil awakens the senses, stimulates and helps you discover new sensations. Made from 4 organic oils, CBD (300mg) and arnica, intimate oil lets you refocus on your sensations, in the moment. It can be used for massage, lubrication, play and in water. With no added fragrance, it's gentle on the intimate parts and is not contraindicated for oral sex! However, it is not compatible with latex condoms.

More detailed answer: we have chosen the best European partner based in Germany to design our condoms. They have passed with flying colors all mandatory regulatory tests and the most demanding safety standards. CE-marked and manufactured to ISO 4074, ISO 15223-1, 1041 and ISO 13485 standards, My Lubie condoms are individually and electronically tested to guarantee maximum sensations without compromising on safety.
The condom is the only contraceptive available to protect against STDs and unwanted pregnancy. Indispensable for risk-free sex. Safe sex above all!
Totally! Our products are there for everyone to use - regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age... Why would we need to gender them? They're for all consenting adults and young adults.
The lubricant is suitable for pregnant and/or breast-feeding women - if in doubt, it's best to ask your doctor or gynecologist for advice. The same applies to wipes!
Please note that CBD intimate oil is not recommended for pregnant and/or breastfeeding women, as it contains CBD.

We have chosen a logistics partner committed to quality and environmentally-friendly delivery. Cartons and scotch tape are made of kraft to facilitate recycling. Instead of polystyrene, products are cushioned with popcorn starch. In addition to working with a committed company, popcorn starch is biodegradable and melts in water without pollution. And our partner works with La Poste for carbon-neutral delivery.
Delivery times are those of La Poste, Colissimo: allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be on your bedside table.
Count 3.90€ for a home delivery in France and a delivery in point retrait. For Europe, count 6.90€ for home delivery.
When you place your order, an e-mail containing your order summary and tracking code will be sent to you so you can follow your order all the way to your home :)

You have 14 days from receipt of your My Lubie parcel to cancel your order. Items returned must be undamaged, undented and unopened.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an e-mail to hello@mylubie.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and we will reimburse you within 7 days of receiving the product.
You can track your order by following the link you receive by email once your order has been placed. If the information does not provide you with the help you require, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution.

You will need to specify: the order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a refund request by sending an email to hello@mylubie.com.
This request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of the Order. The product must not have been opened or used. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
