About My Lubie products
And what makes our products differents.
Our team works with experts and health labs to develop intimate products that respect your skin, your genitals and the environment. We choose a local production and find the right partner for each product: the water-based lube is made in France with a specialized lab, the CBD intimate oil has been developed with CBD professionals…
We always make sure that nasty ingredients stay out of our products. And we always try different formulas and textures to make sure we choose the best one. Then comes the testing phase, where dermatologists, gynecologists and dedicated sexplorers give our products a try. If everyone’s happy with it - boum, the product can make it to your nightstand.
We ensure that all allergens, endocrine disruptors and other controversial substances are kept out of our formulas. When developing a product, we test different formulas with our community to choose the most pleasant texture and the most effective dosage. Then comes the testing phase, which is essential before we put our products on the market: from a dermatological, gynaecological, use and compatibility point of view... Everything must be perfect.
Do you know about Yuka? It’s a french app that gives food or beauty products a score on 100, which is based on their compositions. Great app! And you know what’s even greater? It’s the fact that our water-based lube, our intimate wipes and the CBD intimate oil are all rated 100/100. This is what happens when one decides to ban every nasty ingredient and to use natural ones instead.
Condoms, as a medical device, are not rated on Yuka. But their product sheet is perfectly transparent, to better guide you !
We always give priority to local manufacturing:
- Lubricant, CBD intimate oil, body oil and intimate wipes are made in France.
- Condoms are made in a family business in Germany - no company produces them in France, and our German neighbors are the specialists. We're very proud to keep production in Europe.
At present, our Dune and Aura accessories are made in China - and not for lack of looking for a French partner to help us create them. Their motor, components, charger... Everything has been manufactured locally to avoid any additional carbon impact, by a trusted manufacturer specializing in intimate products. We're keeping an eye on the market, and will be looking to move closer to France if the opportunity arises.
We avoid adding perfume: lubricant, CBD intimate oil, condoms and wipes have only the faint scent of their natural ingredients.
About using them and sexploration
Rule #1 : never be afraid to ask anything about sex.
The list could be endless, but here are our favorite reasons.
- it makes masturbation and caressing much more pleasant
- it makes rubbing less painful for people with sensitive clitorises or brakes
- it is essential for anal sex because the anal mucosa is not lubricated
- Even if you get wet a lot, adding some allows you to increase the sensations and to approach the pleasure more easily!
- Saliva does not lubricate (contrary to popular belief), but rather promotes the transmission of STIs. Lubricant is much more pleasant than saliva, which will dry out the intimate parts.
- When using condoms, the primary reason for condom breakage is lack of lubrication. Adding water-based lubricant makes the condom more resistant, safe and pleasant.
- it makes vibrating accessories and dildos much, much more fun
- lubricant is also the ally of large penises, for the pleasure of their partner!
We formulated our lube for sensitive skin. Its natural, water-based formula has been created to avoid any reaction. This is how My Lubie was born - just after our founder Anne experienced a burn feeling with a strawberry-scented lube. That precise lube is now everything we don’t believe in.

Both will make your intercourses more fluid. You can also use both and discover why our lube + oil duo is our best seller. The main differences are sensoriality and use. The lube is very moisturizing, pairs well with any kind of sex and is safe to use with condoms. It’s unscented, lubricate for a looong time and can be rinsed with water.
CBD intimate oil awakens the senses, stimulates and makes you discover new sensations. Made from 4 organic oils, CBD (300mg) and arnica, the intimate oil allows you to refocus on your sensations, on the moment. It can be used to massage, lubricate and play and can be used in water. Without added perfume, it is respectful of intimate parts and is not contraindicated for oral sex! However, it is not compatible with latex condoms.
Short answer: yes.<br>We teamed with the best European manufacturer, which is based in Germany. It passed every test to enter the market: it’s CE labelized and made under the ISO 4074, ISO 15223-1, 1041 andISO 13485 norms. Everyone of them is electronically tested and made to ensure a lot of sensations, without any compromise on safety.

About delivery and shipping

Yes, we teamed with a logistic partner that ensure sustainable deliveries. Our packagings are plastic free and wedged with cornstarch instead of polystyrene. Everything can be recycled and our partner works with the French post on a carbon-neutral delivery.
Oui, sure! After you placed your order you have 2 hours to change your delivery address. Just write at hello@mylubie.com. After that, it’s too late - but you still have 14 days to change your mind and send us back the products. They must be in their packaging, not opened ans unused. The return package cost will be at your charge and you will get your refund a week after we received the parcel.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your My Lubie parcel to withdraw your order. Items returned must be untouched, undamaged and unopened.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an email to hello@mylubie.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will refund you within 7 days of receiving the product.

You will have to specify: the number of the order, the returned product(s), the reason(s) of the return as well as a request for refund by sending an email to hello@mylubie.com.
This request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of the Order. The product must not have been opened or used. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
