How to use Aube

Questioning your desire

(Re)asking yourself if you really want to do it: this is important for sexuality in general, but even more essential for the family of practices around the buttocks. It shouldn't be to please your partner, or because you're afraid of being judged for never having tried it... the desire, and above all the desire and excitement to try it, should come from you alone, without pressure or injunction.

Preparing and relaxing

You can start by cuddling, caressing and kissing... You can then stimulate the anus externally, but before you start, remember to add Natural Water-based Lubricant in a rich texture if you want soothing active ingredients, or in a fluid texture if you prefer a more moisturizing and fluid texture. It's also possible to use CBD Intimate Oil if you don't use a latex or polyisoprene condom.
Next, make circles with your well-lubricated finger, tapping the anus. Don't forget to caress the buttocks, and with a hand other than the one handling the anus, stimulate your partner's pleasure zone. Taking pleasure during the preparation process helps you to relax and enjoy the moment more.
You can gently push a finger in, then push a 2nd finger in if the first was pleasant. Then you can move on to the plug.

Insert Aube

Once you're relaxed and the anal area and plug are well lubricated, make yourself comfortable and start by inserting Aube gently, listening to your sensations and going gradually.

It's possible to stop in the stop zone between the two diameters, to take a break and be content with the pleasure you feel at this stage. You can also move back and forth between this space, the small diameter and the start of the larger one. If you wish to go further, continue the progression of Aube. It can be kept in for double stimulation, or ahead of intercourse to prepare the area and make it easier to prepare with your partner(s).

Psst: never force entry from the outside, if it hurts leave it out this time and start again another time... Because it should never be painful. On the other hand, if you're really relaxed and it's going in well, you can push lightly (as if you were going to the toilet) to facilitate entry.

How to use Aube

  • On the back: legs apart, with a cushion or blanket under the buttocks.
  • On a spoon: the body is relaxed and easy to introduce
  • On all fours: ideal for people who want to experiment with a more exposed position ( softer version: on the stomach with a small cushion under the belly and legs apart).

PS: if you're alone, you can use a mirror to watch. You can also attach the plug to a flat surface with its suction cup.

And the enema?

This step is not compulsory, but can be reassuring if you're anxious about the risk of minor accidents.

An enema can be administered with an enema bulb (available from chemists or specialized websites) or with an adapted shower nozzle (watch out for the pressure in this case).

The idea of an enema is to insert water, preferably lukewarm, into the anus to cleanse it of any small pieces of waste present in the rectal passage. Without forcing, gravity will act on its own, and the sphincters will release the water to clean.

PS: don't hesitate to lubricate the area before the enema to ease the passage.
