Rappel de préservatifs
We have recalled a batch of condoms.
This recall concerns batch 5RRI891 of Ultra-thin natural latex condoms, standard size, box of 12, sold between December 23, 2025 and May 22, 2026.
How these condoms are placed on the market:
Condoms are medical devices, and placing them on the market requires several checks at different stages to comply with the law. They carry the CE mark under European Regulation (EU) 2017/745, under the oversight of an independent notified body, SGS, which regularly audits the manufacturer.
Each batch is tested by the manufacturer before it is placed on the market and is only released with its certificate of analysis. Batch 5RRI891 passed these tests successfully.
What happened:
A post-market inspection by the authorities identified a non-conformity in the batch of ultra-thin natural latex condoms, box of 12, no. 5RRI891.
The manufacturer had the batch retested using samples kept in storage at the factory, and the analyses found nothing alarming.
The two results contradict each other, so further analyses are currently underway.
We did not wait to find out who was right. As a precaution, we decided to withdraw the batch.
Since the inspection, SGS has audited the manufacturer again. No non-conformity was found in its quality system. This audit covers the manufacturing processes, not the batch itself: that is the role of the further analyses currently underway.

We contacted every buyer:
From the very first day of the recall, we wrote individually to everyone the batch had been sold to on mylubie.com. Pharmacies and retailers were informed in parallel.
A box may have changed hands, been given as a gift, or been bought elsewhere. The only reliable reference remains the number printed on the box.
If you are affected:
If you bought it on mylubie.com, we have already written to you and are processing your refund.
If you bought it at a pharmacy or shop, please contact your point of sale. If this presents any difficulty, write to us at rappel@mylubie.com and we will take over.
If you are worried:
When we initiated the recall, no incidents and no complaints had been recorded: this recall is a precautionary measure. But we are not healthcare professionals and we do not give medical advice. For any questions, please speak to your doctor, your pharmacist, or a sexual health center.
